He has executed a lot of projects, especially projects related to Mergers, Acquisitions, Start-ups, Consolidation Reporting & Global Chart of Accounts. He has also worked as a consultant at PWC, Hay Group and Finance & Administration Director at Lucas Service Hellas S.A.

An experienced business leader with experience in the FMCG (Pillsbury and General Mills) and management consulting  (Deloitte) industries. He has lived in three countries and worked with teams from various regions including emerging markets like Middle East and Eastern Europe and developed ones like Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece. He has honed his leadership skills in diverse business settings (start-up, business turnaround, etc.).  Dionyssis holds an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business  and has completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School and Insead. Before joining Dezavou, Dionyssis served as Supply Chain Director for General Mills Central & Eastern Europe, based in Hamburg, Germany.

With more than 20 years of experience as CFO, working within large scale Group of companies in the dynamic sectors of Telecoms (OTE, COSMOTE, OTENET), FMCG (KF Investments Group - FAGE - EVGA – ELBISCO) and Auditing (PWC). She is an MBA holder with strong technical skills, high level of controlling skills in Group level and experience in setting the financial strategy. Emily is a strategic thinker with strong restructuring and risk assessment capabilities and excellent analytical, organizational, communications, presentation and negotiating skills.
